This formidable looking lump was even heavier than it looked – a bit over 11 tonnes!
The extraction was further complicated by its proximity to a sub-station providing power to an operating brickworks and an atypical centre of gravity, due the top-mounted mixer head having a far greater mass than the base when in working orientation.
Careful planning and skilled operations took the beast where we wanted it in a safe and professional manner.
